A 16-year-old boy is scheduled to graduate from high school in Kansas and prestigious Harvard University within a span of two weeks.

Braxton Moral, a senior in High School, plans to attend the school's graduation ceremony May 19, then the university's ceremonies later in the month. Moral was born in Kansas. In some ways, he is just like any other teenager.

But when he was 3 years old, he showed he was excellent at Mathematics. By second grade, he was studying with the third- and fourth-graders for English and Math. Then he skipped the fourth grade.

His parents had him tested. "They thought the machine was broken," his father, Carlos Moral, said. The tests showed he was super-intelligent.

Around age 11, he began  a special Harvard University study program for working professionals who can attend classes both on campus and online.Braxton says he did two semesters per year online and attended classes for the summer.

The hardest part, Moral says, is when high school finals crop up at the same time as Harvard's finals. Braxton graduated with a bachelor of liberal arts in extension studies in government. He says he wants to attend Harvard Law School and one day become a politician.
